By accessing and using GreenOnion ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

GreenOnion is an AI-powered design assistant that generates unique ad designs based on user inputs. Our service includes design generation, editing tools, and export capabilities. We do not rely on templates—each design is uniquely created by AI for your specific needs.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans (Creator, Professional, Enterprise) with different features and credit allocations. Plan details, pricing, and features are subject to change with notice.

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for future periods.

5. Credits and Usage

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you:

  • Generate new designs
  • Create design variations
  • Export high-quality designs

Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise specified in your plan. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or provide to our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Generated Designs

Designs generated by our AI are owned by you upon generation. You may use, modify, and commercialize these designs as you see fit, subject to these Terms.

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, algorithms, user interface, and branding, are owned by GreenOnion and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models or algorithms
  • Use automated systems to access the Service (except authorized APIs)
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Create designs that are defamatory, offensive, or violate applicable laws

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenOnion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreenOnion, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization], except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
